  • After, 12/31/24, will I be able to continue my therapy with you?
    Yes. We will continue working on your therapeutic goals even after 12/31/24. I just won't be accepting new clients after 12/31/24.
  • Do you file insurance?
    No. I am an Out-of-Network Provider for all healthcare insurance plans. If your health insurance plan has out-of-network mental health benefits, I can provide paperwork for you to file with your insurance company so you can be directly reimbursed. NOTE: I am not a Medicaid or Medicare mental healthcare provider. Even though some Medicare plans offer out-of-network benefits, Medicare does not accept my paperwork for out-of-network reimbursement. If you have Medicare, I will provide a Medicare Opt-Out Form you will need to sign indicating that you will not file for out-of-network benefits with Medicare.
  • Do you see women only?
    Yes, age 18 and older
  • Will you see me for therapy if I am not a Christian?
    Yes I will, and I will not impose my Christian belief on you.
  • What is your schedule?
    I see clients Monday and Wednesday: First appointment 10am or 10:30am and last appointment is 5:30pm. I respond to calls and emails during my business hours Monday-Thursday. NOTE: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday are not workdays for me.
  • What is the length of a session?
    Usually, 50-60 minutes but can be extended to 75 up to 90 minutes for an increased fee.
  • Do you provide couples or marriage therapy?
    No but I will recommend Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists for clients to contact if they choose to shift their focus from individual psychotherapy to couples therapy.
  • Do you provide telehealth services?
    Because of the mental health conditions I treat, I need to meet with my clients in person and not virtually.With clients who work with me consistently, I may be able to offer virtual sessions occasionally, but this offer is the exception, and they must live in NC
  • What are your payment methods?
    Credit/debit cards, Health Savings Account cards (HSAs), Flex Savings Accounts (FSAs) with full balance available to process payment.
  • How can I know when a Connective Workshop, Group, or Event for Women is being offered?
