The fee for a 50-minute individual therapy session is $90.00.  Payment can be made with a personal check or exact cash at the time of the session.

Christian Therapy Services and Catherine DeLoach Lewis do not participate on any insurance panels and will not appear on your insurance provider list, however because I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and have a Master’s Degree in Psychology, many insurance companies with out-of-network benefits will reimburse a portion of my fee to clients who wish to file for reimbursement.

            I will provide an Insurance Statement to clients who have out-of-network benefits and want to file for insurance reimbursement.  Most insurance companies require that I release to them my diagnostic impressions and indicate that you have an “illness” before they will agree to reimburse all or part of your counseling fees.  I will inform you of your diagnosis and confirm your understanding of your diagnosis before you submit this statement to your insurance company.  Be aware that any diagnosis communicated to your insurance company will become part of your permanent record.

            If you decide to use insurance benefits to pay for counseling services, you will still need to pay the full fee for the sessions at the time of the appointment.
