Insurance Christian Therapy Services, LLC and Catherine DeLoach Lewis do not participate on any insurance panels and will not appear on your insurance provider list, however because Cathy is a Licensed Professional Counselor and has a Master's Degree in Psychology, many insurance companies with out-of-network benefits will reimburse a portion of her fee to clients who wish to file for reimbursement.  Some insurance companies require that the client meet a deductible prior to these out-of-network benefits reimbursing, so if you know you need to use insurance to cover the cost of counseling, please call your insurance company first before scheduling an appointment. I will provide an Insurance Statement to clients who have out-of-network benefits and want to file for insurance reimbursement.  Most insurance companies require that I release to them my diagnostic impressions and indicate that you have an "illness" before they will agree to reimburse all or part of your counseling fees.  I will inform you of your diagnosis and confirm your understanding of your diagnosis before you submit this statement to your insurance company.  Be aware that any diagnosis communicated to your insurance company will become part of your permanent record.
