I create and facilitate workshops and groups in churches, various settings in the community, and in my private practice and also serve as an Adjunct Professor teaching counseling courses at Gardner-Webb University, Charlotte campus, Adjunct Professor at New Life Theological Seminary teaching Christian counseling courses, and as an instructor of college success courses at Central Piedmont Community College in Charlotte, NC. I received my MA in Psychology with a Specialty in Professional Counseling from Georgia School of Professional Psychology (GSPP) in Atlanta, Georgia in 1998 and my Masters Diploma in Christian Counseling from Psychological Studies Institute (PSI) also in Atlanta, Georgia in 1997. I began professionally counseling with three counseling centers in August 1998, became licensed in the state of North Carolina, April 1, 2001, and began my private practice of Christian Therapy Services, LLC on August 5, 2002. Prior to becoming a professional counselor, I had over 15 years of financial marketing, human resources, and training experience.
